I love my work so much I'll never retire.

I started as an editor with International Thomson Business Press  while I was still in college in the 1980s.  In time I realized I was too energetic to work for someone else (plus women in those days hit a glass ceiling), so I co-founded a successful digital agency in 1995. I sold my interest in that firm, Sposto Interactive, LLC, in 2017. During that time I also co-founded a successful  retail brand . I sold my interest in that brand/product line, Paisley and Company, LLC, in 2005. All the while, because I delight in education, I taught Adult ESL, Writing, and Business Communication classes and workshops whenever I could fit them in.

I can't sit still, so I keep working, though I now accept only clients and projects I know I'll love. In addition to writing and coaching, and I manage the interpersonal communications training company Savvy Civility that I founded as a sole proprietor in 2018.

If you want to work together, let's talk.  If we have a good rapport, we can take it from there.

My formal education includes a BA in English from The University of Colorado and an M.S. in Electronic Media from Kutztown University as well as a TESL Certificate. I'm also a certified Life Coach.

Though I have writing samples available, most of my current writing is for professionals in business, government, and private practice who prefer to keep their identities confidential.

And yes, I can think outside the box. Here's a partial List of Creative Writing Awards
